As the leader of a team of CRM marketers, you will be responsible for implementing business strategy into CRM strategy, establishing and executing global CRM marketing communication plans, and driving audience understanding for the business at a regional level. Additionally, you will lead efforts to ensure efficient and consistent communication with customers globally.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer CRM strategies and initiatives across the globe to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth for active, passive and churned customer

  • Work with the leaders in different regions to identify and analyze customer behavior and preferences to tailor and personalize communication and offerings choosing the right channel, together manage already existing messages (copy, visuals, and target audiences)

  • Drive an omnichannel approach via email, in-app, push, web, social and other channels

  • Strategize global performance marketing initiatives to drive lower cost per transaction and increased revenue

  • Own and lead content strategy for all journeys global or regional. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify opportunities, build roadmaps, and develop optimization loops across the customer Global CRM, with an emphasis on personalization and engagement

  • Develop and own the analysis and derive insights to enhance customer experience for multi-channel Global CRM campaigns, from ideation to launch to optimization

  • Define goals, benchmarks, and KPIs for CRM marketing programs

Role Requirements

  • 10+ years of similar experience in Marketing, particularly across CRM, Loyalty, and Experience.

  • University Degree in relevant field of study – MBA preferred.

  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong command of Excel and Power Point.

  • Advanced experience with CRM tools (Salesforce and Braze preferred) and data analytics.

  • Experience in a global consumer brand or financial services company.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to set strategic direction and priorities within a complex, multi-cultural business.

  • Ability to operate independently in matrix and a fast-paced environment

  • Willing to manage flexible working hours (working in Denver/MTS time zone and Europe/Vilnius time zones).

  • Strong command of the English language.
