As the Senior CRM Marketing Manager for Europe, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the CRM and customer engagement marketing campaigns in Europe. You will collaborate with various departments, such as regional marketing teams, operations, data team, legal and privacy, product, and platform to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for customer at every stage implementing email, in-app and push, SMS messages, and other channels to engage with customers.

Role Responsibilities

  • Strong strategic thinking and value-prop development skills coupled with proven ability to assess risk and drive incremental TPC and revenue.

  • Create CRM strategies for apps, SMS, emails and in-app channels and execution of high-level campaigns in Europe.

  • Expert in designing customer journey maps for different segments (active/lapsed/ churned) and identifying critical touchpoints and optimizingcommunication opportunities.

  • Develop and launch automation strategies to reach business targets, such aschurn prevention, transaction lifts and incremental revenues.

  • Experience in implementing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.

  • Identifytargeting opportunities using analytics and data modelsto predict customer behavior and tailor marketing messages.

  • Prepare the annual communication plan and submit campaign briefs, define segments, and manage approval process from brief to sign offs, including legal review and Business approvals.

  • Collaborate with agencies, vendor partners, and other marketing service providers.

  • Comfortable preparing reports and presenting campaign results to top management.

  • Ability to work efficiently across multiple departments within the organization including brand, product, privacy, and data to identify key requirements and leverage assets that will assist in driving growth.

Role Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of similar experience in Marketing, particularly across CRM, Loyalty, and Experience.

  • University Degree in relevant field of study – MBA preferred.

  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong command of Excel and Power Point.

  • Advanced experience with CRM tools (Salesforce and Braze preferred) and data analytics.

  • Experience in a global consumer brand or financial services company.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to set strategic direction and priorities within a complex, multi-cultural business.

  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns through different phases of execution.

  • Willing to manage flexible working hours (working in Denver/MTS time zone and Europe/Vilnius time zones).

  • Strong command of the English language.
