As an experienced Developer, you will play a crucial role in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements, enhance user experiences, and streamline IT service management processes. Role Responsibilities
Accountable for the timely development and implementation of new applications.
Maintain and improve existing applications/processes.
Recommend improvements / provide value adds to the organization processes.
Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization.
Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams.
Co-ordinate with various Process Teams to deliver a robust solution.
Work independently on medium complex projects.
Role Requirements
You’ll have 5+ years of experience with software development with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development& administration .
Proven experience in programming utilizing one or more of the following: Angular, Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX and CSS .
Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technological challenges, with a can-do attitude .
Ability to work under limited supervision and able to prioritize workload to achieve the team goals .
Strong communication skills with ability to interact with partners globally.
Technical areas of expertise:
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and CMDB.
Develops ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS.
Administration of Knowledge Base and Service Catalog
Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, forms, notifications, and reports.
Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate RESTful APIs, web services, and SOAP-based integrations with ServiceNow.
ServiceNow certifications desired - Certified System Administration, Certified Application Developer.
