We are looking for someone who would be part of the team responsible for escalated cases to provide resolution on complex scenarios as a Senior Specialist, Customer Care in Western Union.

Role Responsibilities

  • Your daily tasks will include the analysis of cases to provide resolution on complex scenarios related to customer claims using your knowledge and contacts for the best outcome.

  • Your role will require managing written communication with the Sales Account Manager (SAM) organization, Partners, and internal areas while ensuring that an excellent quality service is always delivered.

  • Your role will require you to follow strict deadlines and daily follow-up to cases in progress to avoid violations of regulations.

  • Your role will require cross training among different procedures.

Role Requirements

  • High school degree required. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.

  • Responsibility to work autonomously.

  • Customer oriented mindset. Experience with the customers care would be a great advantage, yet not a necessity.

  • Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and deadlines.

  • Experience working under pressure.

  • Availability to work on weekends.

  • Fluency in English (verbal, written and listening skills).

  • Computer literacy.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1041 – 1783 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
