As a member of the Global Operations Training team, you will be involved from start to finish in developing, implementing, and improving training programs for Western Union’s Global Operations functions. This role will allow you to network with leaders, managers, partners, and other stakeholders across Western Union’s corporate locations.

Role Responsibilities

  • The main focus of your role will be to implement and maintain training programs for the Know Your Customer global teams.

  • Depending on business needs, you may be asked to support a different team and/or learn a different process.

  • You will be responsible for delivering training to the specialists in the teams you support, ensuring their proper certification, logging training records, and maintaining training programs.

  • You will also drive training innovations, develop new training programs, work with stakeholders from other teams, and act as a training champion in training related projects. You will collaborate with your colleagues across the sites to achieve it.

Role Requirements

  • Experience within Global Operations and proven track record of strong performance.

  • Experience with KYC procedures and/or financial investigations.

  • Interest in adult learning and training development. Experience with facilitating training, mentoring peers, or similar, either at Western Union or elsewhere.

  • Good English language skills (spoken and written).

  • Intermediate knowledge of the main MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at ease with stakeholders.

  • Readiness to drive and contribute to innovations independently and in collaboration with others.

  • Flexibility to adjust to different shifts occasionally.

It will be considered an advantage if you have:

  • Experience with customer service and/or call handling, either at Western Union or from other positions/volunteer assignments.

  • A diploma, formal certification or proven informal education experience in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, or related fields.

  • Management experience.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1 750 – 3 083 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
